We didn't get too gussied up for Easter this year but we did enjoy a wonderful sermon at church and a great lunch with MiMi and Aunt Brooke. Thanks for having us over, Brooke and for the good treats and fun Easter egg hunt. Natalie had a special Easter Bunny cupcake just for her and Wes got to eat his favorite chocolate cake in honor of his upcoming b-day! Stratton really isn't featured in too many pics but there will be a post just for him very soon :)
The bunny cupcake was a highlight for Natalie :)Speaking of the Easter Bunny...I found myself having a very difficult time in the car the other day trying to explain to Natalie the who/what/why of the Easter Bunny along with the true meaning of Easter...somehow I communicated that the Easter Bunny leaves fun presents to remind us how great it is that Jesus is alive! Oh my!
