Thanksgiving Weekend 2012

Thanksgiving 2012 was a blast...a BUSY blast!

We got to start the weekend out with a treat...a dinner date with my bestie Brynn and her wonderful other half John who were visiting from California

 But before we could leave for dinner a game of Hi Ho Cherry-O HAD to be played ;)

Marissa and Matt had arrived the same day and graciously offered to watch all 3 kids for us while we were out.  They did an awesome job.  Everyone was fast asleep when we came home...even baby Oliver who was cradled in uncle Matt's arms :)

 Dinner was wonderful- the company was even better- Miss you guys already!

 Riss turned 25 while she was home so we had a fiesta!  Here she is blowing out her key lime pie candles

Per usual, Jet's Pizza had to be ordered and eaten at our kitchen table...its a Matt and Rissy visit tradition

 We finished up the weekend at MiMi's house...Uncle Brent and Aunt Brooke joined us too.  I was really lazy with pictures by that point but it was a lovely time!  MiMi has a special tree for the kids that she let them decorate after dinner.  Their favorite part is the pickle ornament that they hide and try to find over and over again...so cute.

As if that wasn't enough excitement, we had the pleasure of throwing Marissa and her baby girl a shower over the weekend...more to come on that soon!
