A few of our favorite guys had birthdays in the month of April.
We celebrated Wes' special day with homemade coffee cake...My little helper placed the filling all by herself.
We had an early morning breakfast celebration before work and school...fitting for the family that often starts the day before 6am! :)
Stratton, Oliver and I snuck downtown to meet up with Wes for lunch too...it was an extra special day for all of us :)....Love you Wes!
My dad turned 60 just a few weeks later and a major surprise weekend was organized in his honor...
Quinn and Rissy flew into town!
We got to spend some extra time with Quinn while she and Riss hid out at our house :)
Then it was time to execute the surprise...Rissy and Quinn showed up with us for our pizza night, mom created a huge photo montage and then a pickup truck appeared in the driveway!
Dad was an overwhelmed and happy guy.
We took it easy on Saturday and then continued the celebration Sunday at a calm, surprise free dinner out ;)
So much fun!
