Movin In

It has been a BUSY week of unpacking, cleaning and adjusting to our new home in Michigan! Life in GR has been pretty nice even in spite of the stresses of settling into a new home. We are noticing some funny differences between life in West Michigan vs. Chicago...
Example #1: It takes no more than 20 minutes to get anywhere from any given location.
Example #2: When searching for a restaurant to grab dinner tonight (Sunday) around 7:45pm, almost every restaurant was closed, not to mention anything retail! I guess I am going to have to stock up on some groceries for nights like tonight!
Example #3: A good one...Strangers talk to each other...and are actually saying friendly things :)

Wes' mom was so kind to watch over our little bundle of energy so our first day of unpacking could be a little more productive!
