The Kent family enjoyed a "vacation" this past 2 weeks as we had closed on our home in Evanston but were not yet moved in to our new place in Michigan. Thankfully, we were able to split time between my parent’s house in Ada and condo at Maranatha on Lake Michigan (our very favorite place!). We took the time to get new cell phones, paint furniture, celebrate my mom’s birthday and, of course, enjoy the beach!
Natalie fell in LOVE with the sand and water and wouldn’t sit still for one second. We have never seen her more giggly and joyful than when playing on the beach! She also got both top central teeth, said "Ma Ma" for the first time and took 7 steps independently! What accomplishments! Now it is time to roll up our sleeves, unpack & settle in...but before we do that we want to share some highlights from our “transition vacation".
