Natalie is now over 17 months so it is time for a little update! This past month Natalie has continued grow into a lil toddler. She is learning new sounds bit by bit and is trying to repeat more and more words for us...for new words she usually gets the first sound or letter but that's about it unless she practices :) As you probably saw in our past post, Natalie is now climbing up just about anything. So far she has braved the TV cabinet shelves, the oven and the pantry shelves. Thankfully she has not figured out how to get out of her crib or on top of the table but I wonder how far off that might be! Nat's favorite toys are her "play food" and picnic set. We take time to lay everything out carefully and say what each thing is. She continues to love to lounge in her blow up boat and read books. Right now her favorite is "Oh, The Places You'll Go!"....a great one! Enjoy a slideshow of a few pictures of this past month....Natalie's art (she LOVES to color) and our weekend trip to Lake Michigan...it was SO snowy but beautiful to see the icy lake and snow drifts.
