Natalie is just over 18 months...time for an update :) This month Natalie got to share the exciting news that she is going to be a big sister. We don't make a big deal about mommy's new baby but Natalie has picked up on the idea that there is a baby in her mommy's tummy. She asks to kiss the baby (aka: my stomach) and says "hi" to her little bro/sis quite a bit. She has also become more consumed with her own baby dolls. It is cute to catch her independently playing with her dolls...she lines them all up, and reads or talks to them! They have to be with us when we are reading stories as well. So sweet! Natalie continues to learn new words. We have noticed that she is much better at repeating new words even if she is not familiar with them. She is also using two word phrases more. Nat's favorite foods are Cheerios (she likes to eat them with her spoon like a big girl) and any kind of chip (aggh...not the healthiest, I know!) She now has her molars which help with those crunchy snacks. She loves to color and play blocks...I think that is the number one and two activity in the house right now. She is a busy toddler who loves to play, run, dance and squeal! She is beautiful and is full of joy and energy!
