23 Months!

 Stratton you are 23 months!  Here is a bit of what you have been up to lately...

-TALKING, talking, talking...you are using more words and sentences and becoming a bit more understandable too!  We joke that mommy and daddy need to translate for you but really, you are doing great and are more articulate every day.  You are still a super personable guy who likes to strike up conversations with just about anyone.

-Jumping and running all over the place

-Swimming...you LOVE to jump off the side of the pool, go underwater, and kick your feet.  Yesterday daddy taught you to scream, "CANNONBALL!!!" before you ran and jumped into the pool- we have to pay very close attention to you in the water! You like to be in the deep end with your sister of coarse :)

-Copying your big sister....you have always liked to mimic your sister but lately it is to a new level...if she falls going down the third stair, you follow it up by falling on the exact same stair.  If she picks up a rock, you pick up a rock...You do a very good job of keeping up with Natalie and admire her very much!

-Growing...you and your sister have both grown a TON this summer!  I knew you were getting bigger but was shocked when we had your feet measured at the shoestore this week and I was told you needed a size 7.5 and your sister needed a size 11!!! At the beginning of the summer you were wearing a 5.5 and your sister a 9.5 size shoe...WOW!

 Strat, you are a sweetheart with a terrific personality.  We love you!  Next month you with be T-W-O!!!!
