Oliver, you are 9 Months Old!
At your checkup this month your measurements were:
Height: 28.5 inches

What HAVEN'T you been doing this past month?!
-You are crawling and pulling yourself up on anything and everything! You are way more interested in cruising around on your feet than getting there via crawling...perhaps you will be an early walker?
-You usually are smiling or have your mouth open and are drooling ;) We have to change your shirt a few times a day! You have 5 teeth and the top front two are making their way down!
-You love crawling on people (mommy) and giving huge drooly kisses or pulling yourself up on my ankles and giving even more drooly kisses to my legs...these are some everyday views from my perspective :)
-You are on the move and we are working hard to keep our house baby proofed!
-You like to check out your brother and sister! (here you are pulling yourself up to see Stratton...drool mark on the couch is your hallmark!)
-Your siblings love you! They are helping to keep close watch over you and make sure to try to keep you from playing with things that aren't safe for you. They are mommy's helpers! Mommy and Daddy are teaching you "No No" when you get into things that you shouldn't...we think you might be getting the idea.
-You still have beautiful blue twinkly eyes and a BIG grin!
-You have gone from a fairly chill kiddo to one with adventure on the brain :) You have an agenda! It is fun to see this new part of your personality bloom.
-You are going to bed around 8 and take about 2 naps a day. Recently you have been sleeping thru the night! We find you waiting for us in the morning.
-You and mommy love to give each other kisses
-You have moved on from your "baby swings" and exersaucer...you would rather pull up and play with the toys than be confined to sit!
-You wear size 12 month clothing and size 4 diapers
-You had your first ear infection (and it was a double) that didn't go away on round one...this is the crew at your ear recheck (Stratton was in a bad mood). We are hoping the second dose of antibiotics kicked your infections!
-Instead of sitting back at our outings you are participating! You crawled around the library and looked for books yourself this month.
-Oh my, do you love to eat! In the morning you wait for breakfast and then SHOVEL the food in your mouth! You eat about three meals a day and typically have the same food we eat. Some recent favorites are Nutrigrain Bars, scrambled eggs, cheese, turkey and Cheerios.
-This past month has been a time of major growing for you, Oliver! You have discovered so many new things and are more interactive than ever. You are the best!

Oliver is getting so big! I can't wait for his birthday party this summer!! :) Maybe he should have an incredible hulk theme? Also, I know this post is about Oiver but I can't help mention how stinkin' cute Stratton's bed head and frown is in these pictures...ugh..love those kiddos
He does have the most twinkly eyes! Beautiful boy...which is not surprising since all in your family are perfect looking. :) Love seeing all he is into! Such a cutie pie....getting sccary close to 1~!!
